Attention Wine Lovers…With lots of award winning wineries to choose from in the interior of BC, Canada, the Okanagan region is famous for their vino!  Annual wine festivals make our getaways here all the more irresistible.  The best times to consider marking this on your agenda would be The Okanagan Summer Wine Festival (Aug 7-9/08) at Silver Star Mountain Resort in Vernon or The Annual Okanagan Fall Wine Festival (Oct 2-12/08) which is the only wine festival in North America that takes place during the heart of grape harvesting.
